The mission of ‘Hallmark ICT Centre’ is to provide total and cutting edge Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions to support organizational functions and it is composed of three inter-related parts:

Training Mission: To provide the finest and state of the art ICT education that is relevant and abreast with the changing market needs so as to equip beneficiaries with requisite practical skills that will provide human resource support to both the Ghanaian and the African IT markets.
Product & Service Mission: To design, manufacture, and distribute state of the art computer hardware and software products that are competitive in terms of quality, cost, customer satisfactorily using indigenous Ghanaian manpower and technology, as well the provision of modern IT based services
